I understand that coaching is not therapy and I am committed to and responsible for my own personal growth and development.

Your Healing Intention is and "I" or "I AM" statement. i.e. I am the leader of my life, I love myself, I am happy, I am free, I am worthy, I am healed, etc. Your intentions should be meaningful to you. You know it's perfect if it is something that does not feel true for you now, but will change your life once it becomes true for you by the end of the weekend.
